Dr. Shuruq Abdur
Rahman received her MA of
Traditional Oriental Medicine from Emperors College of TCM in 1989.
After passing the California Acupuncture Medical Board, and the National
Commission for Certifications of Acupuncture, she continued her
education to include a DiHOM (Diploma in Homoeopathic Medicine) from The
British Institute of Homoeopathy, and
receive her doctorate degree from The Hahnnemann College of
Homoeopathy in England. The education was compiled and Shuruq joined the
American Naturopathic Medical Association (ANMA) were she was given the
status of Naturopathic Physician and was certified as such. Shuruq went
on and become a member of The United Kingdom Homeopathic Medical
Association. Shuruq has been in clinical practice for 20 years and also
lectures, teaches and consults.
Her unique style included a special interest in Biochemical Cell Salt
Therapy, and incorporated many other disciplines of medicine using the
best of each system of medicine, to provide quality healthcare
for her patients. Self study in the medicines practiced by the Prophets
helps to insure a pure intent and a striving to always provide the most
gentle, fast, and accurate,
course of treatment for an individual person, with their own
predispositions, requiring balance of attributes. Shuruq continues to
combine western technology, genetic research, and any other main stream,
new, and revealing methods discovered in current times.
