In this
lecture we present the concept of "Global Pittsburgh". "Global Pittsburgh"
is not about Pittsburgh. Rather Pittsburgh is designed to be a rallying
point to bring together all those world wide engaged in International
research. The goal is to improve global research by establishing networks
and contacts, helping each other out in an opensource system so we do not
make the same dumb moves as others. We can thus learn not only by our
mistakes but others. We will also build an international research incubator
to facilitate the grown of sustainable and translatable international
research. We would appreciate your thoughts as to what would comprise a International Research Crossroads. Please send a message to ronlaporte@aol.com. It would be great to have you involved. |
