This presentation was prepared for a faculty development program for the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS). SHRS has recently implemented a SuperCourse lecture series, and faculty and graduate students are invited to develop 'web lectures' based on a variety of health and rehabilitation related topics.
