A big question is whether the Swedish pattern could transfer to other
countries. It should be noted that smokeless tobacco is already popular in
some countries (eg more women use smokeless tobacco than smoke in India),
and that prior to 1900, smokeless was the dominant form of tobacco use in
the US. |
