There are evidences that 73 countries won't reach the Objectives of Development of the Millennium for the 2010 neither the 2015 in the infant mortality and 6 in the < 5 years mortality, for their illness load and their current socioeconomic situation, unless a global strategy is summed up to increase its access efficiently to essential services of health.

The situation of health in some developing countries is untenable. Those countries don't have the resources to provide basic cares of health. The poverty and the illness contribute to the global social uncertainty.
