BA Organizes “The Future of Arab Societies: Changes and Challenges” Conference

The BA Futuristic Studies Unit is holding “The Future of Arab Societies: Changes and Challenges” conference from 5 to 8 September 2016. Numerous Arab experts and researchers will take part in the conference to discuss the issues facing Arab societies in order to formulate development plans and solutions for these issues based on critical and futuristic foundations.

The conference aims to utilize the field of futuristic studies to form an outlook on Arab disputes, find a common ground between different schools of thought and trends in the Arab academic and political field, and present the vision and expertise of different generations of researchers and experts. The conference will present a number of important issues to discuss, such as the future of the region, Arab efforts in futuristic studies, the future of institutional reform in Egypt, technology and the Arab future, the future of creativity in the Arab world, and Arab critical policies and the Arab future.

Over 50 speakers from Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Bahrain, Sudan, Morocco, Jordan, Germany, France, the USA, and Canada will be in attendance at the conference.
