The BA Francophone Library, in cooperation with the Centre d'Etudes Alexandrines (CEAlex), is organizing this workshop which targets youth between 11–15 years of age.

The workshop aims to spread awareness of the environment and the history of the Suez Canal. Participants will also be introduced to ancient commercial maritime routes, as well as the fish and other creatures that migrated from the Red Sea to the Mediterranean and the biodiversity that resulted from that phenomenon. Participants will also be made aware of the dangers of environmental pollution.

No child will be accepted without prior registration. Following the confirmation of your participation, a code will be emailed to you and you are cordially requested to print it out and present it upon attendance.
