The BA will celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of Al-Arabi Magazine. The celebration will be attended by Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti Minister of Information, and Dr. Soliman Ibrahim Al-Askari, Editor-in-Chief of Al-Arabi Magazine. As part of the celebration, Dr. Ahmad Abu Zeid, Professor of Anthropology, University of Alexandria, and Dr. Gaber Asfour, Chairman of the National Authority for Translation, will be honored as distinguished Egyptian writers in Al-Arabi magazine.
The celebration will include an exhibition and a Folk Art performance.
