The film narrates the story of the late Egyptian president Mohamed Anwar El-Sadat, taking it all the way from his days as an anti-colonialist revolutionary fighting against the British presence in Egypt, until his eleven-year reign before his assassination during a military parade commemorating the October War in 1981.

Anwar El-Sadat, winner of the 1978 Nobel Peace Prize in partnership with Israel’s Prime Minister Menachem Begin, for their efforts to promote peace in the Middle East.

The film is in Arabic.

Attendance requires a BA ticket. No prior reservation is required.
