The BA Signs a Partnership Agreement with the Spanish City of Science and Arts

Dr. Yehia Halim Zaki, Head of the BA Academic and Cultural Sector, represented Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria, in the "Sunbelt Heritage" celebration held in Valencia on Friday, 26 October 2007, organized by the UNESCO to introduce the new Library of Alexandria to the world.
A partnership agreement was signed between the BA and the Spanish city of science and art covering intellectual and cultural fields, as part of the "Sunbelt Heritage" celebration. The celebration, which coincided with the BA celebrations marking its fifth anniversary, was aired by 350 European TV channels and
