Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria, talked about the future of Arab reform in an episode of Ala El-Hawaa (On Air) program aired on Wednesday, 3 March 2010, presented by Gamal Enayat, and transmitted by the Orbit network on El Safwa channel.
The talk coincided with the Seventh Annual Meeting of the Arab Reform Forum, held at the BA during the period from 1 to 3 March 2010, entitled: “A New World is Shaping… What is the Role of the Arabs?”
