The BA National Inclusive Carnival for People with Special Needs

The BA Library Sector is organizing the National Inclusive Carnival for People with Special Needs, in cooperation with the Egyptian Sea Scout, on Sunday, 10 September 2023, from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, on the BA Plaza, and on Monday, 11 September 2023, from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, in the BACC Small Theater.
The first day of the celebration will include multiple art workshops and interactive games, while the second day will feature various musical and artistic performances.
The celebration showcases the talents of people with special needs by presenting their different artistic performances, as the Library aims to highlight their abilities, provide them with various services, especially for children, and is keen to integrate them all with different segments of society.
