The BA Organizes GIS Conference 2023

The BA Information Services Department is organizing the 8th edition of the GIS Conference, under the title "GIS and Artificial Intelligence, and their Role in Sustainable Development in Light of Egypt's Vision 2030", on Thursday, 14 December 2023, in the BACC Lecture Hall.
The conference will tackle the technologies, tools, and multiple domains of geographic information systems, through a panel discussion and presentations that feature a number of experts and specialists from Egypt, who will discuss the means of employing AI techniques and examine their role in the geographical field.
It is worth noting that the significant role played by geographic information systems and artificial intelligence in sustainable development in line with Egypt's Vision 2030 will be highlighted. The conference will also be accompanied by an exhibition showcasing the maps that applied geographic information systems, in addition to a range of books, maps and atlases from the BA collection.
