As part of the World Arabic Language Day celebrations, the BA Library Sector is organizing a workshop entitled "Common Mistakes in Arabic Writing and Proofreading with Artificial Intelligence", presented by Hossam Moustafa Ibrahim, Arabic language expert at UN Women and founder of Ikteb Sah initiative. The event will take place on Tuesday, 19 December 2023, at 2:00 pm, in the BACC Lecture Hall.
The workshop will address several important aspects, such as the effects of erroneous writing, the three types of linguistic errors, as well as content writing and proofreading using artificial intelligence. It will also highlight the power and popularity of the Arabic language as a pillar of the cultural diversity of humanity, together with being one of the oldest Semitic languages, and one of the most widely spoken languages in the world.
