The Closing Ceremony of the Anglophone Schools Competition

The BA Young People’s Library organized today the closing ceremony of its Anglophone Schools Competition, held under the title “Green Generation”, and sponsored by Fluffy Bear, in partnership with Energy4me.
The competition started in October 2023, with the participation of six schools from Alexandria. More than fifty students took part in several extended training workshops, through which they learned about the different renewable energy sources, and the major challenges facing the environment and the means of addressing them, in addition to workshops on research, presentation and teamwork skills.
The closing ceremony featured a number of presentations and short films delivered by the students of the participating schools. It also honored the distinguished students, as the winning schools were announced by a jury of university professors specialized in the fields of energy.
