The BA Launches the Ninth Edition of its Quantum Computing & AI Series

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina, in collaboration with iQafé, is preparing to launch the ninth edition of the monthly series “Quantum Computing & AI” on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, via Google Meet.
This edition focuses on three main areas that are rapidly evolving in the world of quantum computing: quantum machine learning, quantum sensing, and benchmarking.
The event will highlight the idea of the Quantum Computing forum, recently announced by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, which aims to be a virtual space for learning and communication that serves the scientific research community and promotes the use of computing for research purposes.
The event will also feature a series of specialized sessions reviewing the latest trends in quantum technologies and their use in scientific and engineering applications, as well as discussions on the practical future of quantum computing and its emerging applications.
At the end of the event, an open Q&A session will be held, allowing participants to ask questions and discuss their ideas on quantum computing applications, quantum sensing technologies, and modern benchmarking processes.
