AI Events in Their Fourth Season between the BA and the Arab Academy

For the fourth consecutive year, the BA Library Sector, in collaboration with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, is organizing a new series of workshops on AI applications under the theme “AI for All.”
The 2026 season starts with a workshop entitled “Double Your Daily Productivity with AI,” the first part of which is entitled “AI Basics for Everyday Life,” at 4:00 pm on Monday, 16 February, in the Multipurpose Hall of the BA Conference Center.
The workshop will cover several important topics, including how to discover the secrets of AI to reclaim precious time, from drafting emails and automating tasks to summarizing meetings and creative storytelling. It will also teach participants how to turn smart tools into a daily engine for increased productivity.
It will be delivered by Dr. Essam Khedr, Professor of Wireless Communications and Intelligent Systems at the Faculty of Engineering, Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport; and Eng. Mahmoud El-Harmil, Head of the Intelligent Applications Department at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
This event is part of a joint collaboration between the BA and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, complementing the process of promoting intellectual advancement and keeping pace with the developments of the age. It is the latest in a series of scientific events and specialized activities that aim to support and disseminate the culture of AI and its applications in various fields.
