A Workshop on Intel® Teach to the Future Program at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina

Alexandria — the Youth for Sustainable Development and Better Understanding Program organized by the Center for Special Studies and Programs in cooperation with Ministry of Education and Intel is holding a workshop on Intel® Teach to the Future Program, which is an international initiative designed to help teachers in applying computer technology to improve student learning. The workshop entitled Training the Trainers will be held on Sunday, 6 August aiming at teaching the participants how to integrate different technological techniques within their work plan. The workshop will also train the participants on basic skills for designing a work plan and setting evaluation criteria. The workshop will focus on the use of the internet, and designing web pages and multi media programs.
The Intel® Teach to the Future Program was launched in the Arab World in 2002 with the aim to train teachers to use information and communication technology in improving the learning process. The workshop will start at 10:00 hrs at the meeting hall, BA Conference Center.
