Second Alexandria International Football Championship for Journalists and Media People

The Egyptian Football Association in Alexandria, in cooperation with the BA and the Alexandria Sporting Club, is organizing the Second Alexandria International Football Championship for Journalists and Media People during 1–5 March 2015. The Championship aims to promote tourism in Egypt.
Teams from different journalism and media unions from all over Europe and the Arab world will take part in the Championship. In addition to that, sports teams comprising journalists and media people in Alexandria, the BA team, and the Sporting Club team will take part in the Championship, which will be the first of its kind to be held in Alexandria for two consecutive years.
The opening ceremony was held at the BACC on Sunday, 1 March 2015, and was followed by the opening game between the BA team and the Sporting Club team at the Aziz Fahmy court at the Alexandria Sporting Club.
