Delegations from France and Cyprus Visit the BA

Alexandria— the BA will receive today, Wednesday, 29 November 2006, Mr. Jean Pierre Boyer, General Secretary of the French Commission for Unesco and his accompanying delegation. The BA will also receive Mr. Harris Thrassou, the Cyprus Minister of Communication and Works, HE Ambassador Petros Eftychiou, Ambassodor of Cyprus to Cairo, and a senior delegation.
Mr. Sherif Riad, Director of the BA Public Relations Department will accompany the delegations on a tour of the Library and its affiliated exhibitions and museums, while demonstrating the different services offered by the BA to members and visitors. The tour will include the Manuscripts Museum, the Digital Lab, the Internet Archive, VISTA, the Planetarium Science Center, and the Alexploratorium.
