The Senior Officials Meeting for the Regional Strategy of the Alliance of Civilizations in the Euro-Mediterranean at the BA

The Institute for Peace Studies, hosted at the BA, and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs co-organizes the Senior Officials Meeting for the Regional Strategy of the Alliance of Civilizations in the Euro-Mediterranean, on 15 and 16 July 210, with the attendance of representatives of member countries as well as international organizations.
The Meeting will be opened by Jorge Sampaio, former President of Portugal, and the High Representative of the Alliance of Civilizations; Dr. Ismail Serageldin, Director of the Library of Alexandria and Ambassador of the Alliance; and Ambassador Raouf Saad, Representative of the Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The Meeting will issue the Regional Strategy of the Alliance of Civilizations, and the Alexandria Declaration, asserting values and principles of the Alliance.
