Lecture on Mathematics at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina

The Planetarium Scientific Center (PSC), at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, is organizing a lecture titled Giving Meaning to Mathematics on 11 November 2004. The lecture is organized by the PSC within the framework of cooperation with the Ministry of Education that has added great benefit to a large number of school students in Alexandria.
It will feature the scientist, Ahmed Gabbar, also the former Algerian Minister of Education, who will explain some mathematical theories for the preparatory and secondary classes.
The PSC is inviting all students, as well as the general public, to this lecture that starts at 12 pm in the Conference Hall.
