The BA Signs a Cooperation Agreement to Establish an Embassy of Knowledge at Borg El Arab Technological University

Prof. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and Prof. Mohamed Morsi El-Gohary, President of Borg El Arab Technological University, signed today a cooperation agreement to establish a BA Embassy of Knowledge at Borg El Arab Technological University.
Dr. Zayed said that the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and Borg El Arab University are working side by side to serve the same goal of achieving progress in the technological and intellectual aspects toward a great scientific renaissance, and expressed his delight that Egypt has hitherto ten public technological universities.
He also pointed out that the BA works with institutions within the country as well as overseas cultural institutions in order to play the role entrusted to it as a distinguished cultural window for Egypt on the world and a window to the world on Egypt, pointing out that the BA has so far established 27 Embassies of Knowledge at various universities.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Morsi El-Gohary stated that Borg El Arab Technological University was the first university of its kind to be inaugurated by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and added that the University was honored to host the third Youth Forum, which was held on 14 June.
He also stressed that Borg El Arab Technological University will initiate activities and events with the BA through its Embassy of Knowledge, so that the Library can be introduced to the youth of technological universities and their talents.
