Enhancement of Small and Medium Enterprises

Alexandria, 10 March 2005—The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting a workshop entitled Enhancing Competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises, on 12 March 2005. The workshop will review and present the role of the governmental and nongovernmental sectors in developing Alexandria and raising the production level and competitive capability.
This workshop is, within a series of workshops, organized by the Ministry of Finance to be implemented in seven other governorates during this year. The Ministry aims at demonstrating its role in eliminating the obstacles that face the small enterprises; and to promote quality enhancement of domestic products; and encouraging competitiveness and export potential for small and medium enterprises.
