The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is hosting the Training Course on Project Management, organized by the Regional Management Support Unit (RMSU) of the Euro-Med Heritage program of the European Union.
The Project Management course will cover six topics over eight sessions:

  • The logical framework approach applied to project management
  • Partnership and networking
  • Monitoring indicators
  • Monitoring and reporting
  • Financial reporting and audit
  • Team work and communication
