- It would take
an enourmously astute clinician to tell - using casual clinical observations - the
difference between the first and second bars. So the clinical impression is that there is
no clinically important interaction. - Note that the INX is likely to help some patients
by getting them out of the subtherapeutic range (2nd bar). Hence, if the
severity of the toxicity is modest, you might do as much good as harm from this
interaction (albeit inadvertantly).
